Ricka Kartika Barus , S.H., M.H., LL .M ., is  the founding partner of Kartika & Rouly Law Firm which previously known as Kartika & Associate Law Firm. Before establishing her firm, she worked in several law firms based in Jakarta. She specializes in labor law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and banking law, finance, including project finance and Investment. She is a bright and enthusiastic Lawyer who can work in a pressurized environment and still produce high-quality results consistently. Ricka works hard to get good results for her clients. She is an expert at ascertaining the facts of a case, accurately interpreting laws, and preparing legal paperwork for presentation in court. 

She graduated from the Litigation Academy Of Indonesia, Master Graduated Pelita Harapan Faculty of Law, was a visiting Short Course a Business and Labour Law at the University of Manchester UK 2015 and LL.M (Legum Magister /Master of Laws ) at Cumbria University, United Kingdom (2020 ).
