Bunga Meisa Rouly Siagian, S.H., M.Sc. is is the other founding partner of Kartika & Rouly Law Firm. Prior to this, Bunga has spent time refining her skills and knowledge in handling various cases and brings her expertise in corporate criminal cases, intellectual property rights, restorative justice, cyber law, media, and entertainment law. 

Bunga Siagian received her law degree from Universitas Padjadjaran and completed her master’s degree (M.Sc.) from Tilburg Law School, the Netherlands. She was also a Nuffic Neso StuNed scholarship awardee. Bunga Siagian is currently contributing to society by lecturing in the International Business Law Program of Prasetiya Mulya University. Her passion for legal education has been demonstrated by establishing the Legalaccess.id platform since the COVID pandemic.
